Lead Web & Mobile App Developer
Product Manager | Modernization Strategist
I've spent most of my career working on real-world web platforms that have been around a long time—and still matter a lot to the business.
That meant running my own consultancy and working directly with clients to build and maintain web, mobile, publishing, medical, and ecommerce systems. Over time, I found myself doing more than just development: helping define what should be built, breaking large ideas into workable phases, and making sure changes actually improved things instead of creating new problems.
A lot of my work lives in the gray area between product and engineering. I regularly help turn loose business goals into clear, deliverable work, decide what makes sense to do now versus later, and carry projects all the way from idea to release and follow-up.
I do my best work when I can:
Whether I'm leading development, managing a product, or bridging both—every decision starts with what's actually right for your users.
Dig into your market, your users, and your business goals to understand what you're actually solving before a line of code is written.
Define a clear path forward—what to build, in what order, and why—so your team is aligned from day one.
Translate strategy into a prioritized, realistic roadmap that balances business needs with what your team can actually deliver.
Establish measurable goals that connect user outcomes to business results—so everyone knows what success looks like.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to ship something that actually works—for your customers and your bottom line.
Track what matters, report honestly, and use real data to drive the next round of decisions.
Proud to have worked across healthcare, finance, media, telecom, and retail with organizations that depend on reliable, well-built software.
